Ero in una situazione difficile, avevo appena comorato casa ed una agenzia immobiliare della mia zona faticava a vendere casa mia perché lavoravano in maniera poco professionale ancora dopo 2 mesi: mi hanno aiutato a svincolarmi, hanno preso in mano la situazione ed hanno venduto casa mia in poco tempo e anche ad un ottimo prezzo. Luca e la segretaria sono una macchina da guerra.
Li consiglio vivamente a chiunque debba vendere casa sua, professionali appassionati e precisi.

Fantastic, I really mean.
I was in a difficult situation, I had just gone to a house and a real estate agency in my area was struggling to sell my house because they worked in an unprofessional way even after 2 months: they helped me to get loose, they took over the situation and they sold my house in a short time and also at a great price. Luca and the secretary are a war machine.
I highly recommend them to anyone who has to sell their house, passionate and precise professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che sono sempre stata molto diffidente nei confronti delle Agenzie Immobiliari:molto attente al profitto e poco ai clienti. Progetto Immobili è diversa. Me ne ero già resa conto alcuni anni fa, quando hanno venduto per mio conto una mansardina, con poche pretese e molta competenza. Ma quest'anno hanno superato se stessi: in piena emergenza Covid hanno affittato un mio bilocale a Milano, mentre io ero bloccata fuori città a causa della zona rossa. Se ne è occupato Christian Toppi, risolvendo tutti i molti problemi tecnici e burocratici e svolgendo compiti che andavano molto oltre a quelli richiesti a una Agenzia Immobiliare. Christian è stato preciso, disponibile, affidabile e competente. Non mi servirei di nessun altro se avessi ancora bisogno di una Agenzia Immobiliare
I state that I have always been very suspicious of Real Estate Agencies: very attentive to profit and little to customers. Real Estate Project is different. I had already realized this a few years ago, when they sold an attic for me, with few demands and a lot of competence. But this year they surpassed themselves: in full Covid emergency they rented one of my two-room apartments in Milan, while I was blocked out of the city due to the red zone. Christian Toppi took care of it, solving all the many technical and bureaucratic problems and carrying out tasks that went far beyond those required of a real estate agency. Christian was precise, helpful, reliable and knowledgeable. I wouldn't use anyone else if I still needed a real estate agency
