Devo ringraziare Andrea per averla riservata per me e per la fiducia che mi ha dato. L'ho trovato un comportamento professionale. Che dire della concessionaria, apprezzo la loro scelta di vendere recenti o pari al nuovo, per le tempistiche e condizioni pattuite e rispettate. Mi sono parsi anche corretti e non eccessivi i prezzi richiesti per le auto in vendita. Car bought in extremis, just before a customer who came to see it after me took it away. P	Pippus Cap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Discreto. L'auto che ho acquistato è ok, la disponibilità di auto sembra molto buona e comunque tutte a prezzi vantaggiosi. Servizio discutibile: pagare un'auto e riceverla totalmente senza benzina è deludente (il computer di bordo segnalava 0km di autonomia). Commento post-risposta: Il computer di bordo è sufficientemente preciso, quando son venuto a provare il veicolo era 10km di autonomia, trovarla a zero è proprio brutto. Per quanto riguarda i tempi di consegna sono stati abbastanza veloci, ma avevo preannunciato che mi sarei trovato in tempi strettissimi e che al 99% avrei saldato entro venerdì e ritirato sabato. Il tagliando mi era stato promesso come immediatamente prima della vendita invece è stato fatto 7mesi prima (il che anticipa di 7 mesi il prossimo tagliando). Rivedendo un po' tutta la mia esperienza alzo la valutazione a 3 stelle, ma non mi sento di darne 4 o 5 come se fosse stato un servizio premium. In ogni caso son rimasto abbastanza soddisfatto e consiglierò il vs contatto ad amici e conoscenti che cercano un auto usata. Il parco auto è indiscutibilmente di qualità. Grazie Discreet. Questionable service: paying for a car and receiving it totally without petrol is disappointing (the on-board computer reported 0km range). Post-response comment: The on-board computer is sufficiently accurate, when I came to test the vehicle it had 10km of autonomy, finding it at zero is really bad. As far as delivery times are concerned, they were quite fast, but I had announced that I would be in very short time and that 99% would have paid by Friday and collected on Saturday. The coupon was promised to me as immediately before the sale but it was done 7 months earlier (which brings the next coupon 7 months forward). Reviewing my whole experience a bit I raise the rating to 3 stars, but I don't feel like giving 4 or 5 as if it was a premium service. In any case, I was quite satisfied and I will recommend your contact to friends and acquaintances looking for a used car. The car fleet is unquestionably of quality. Thank you

Personale sempre gentile e disponibile che, nonostante la giovane età , ha ben chiaro come rapportarsi al cliente e svolgere il proprio lavoro. Ho infatti da poco acquistato la mia auto presso di loro e che dire, consegna in tempi record! Non da tutti. Morale? Mi sento assolutamente di consigliare la Progetto Auto a chiunque, di questi tempi non è scontato trovare una realtà i cui principi cardine siano la trasparenza e la chiarezza con il prossimo!
