Chiarezza, trasparenza e disponibilità quando si gestiscono i soldi degli altri dovrebbero essere regole basilari. Non vedendo nessuno alle 11.15 chiamiamo il signore senza avere nessuna risposta. Dopo la seconda chiamata, chiamiamo l'agenzia che ci mette direttamente in contatto con l'interessato . Egli ci dice di non aver segnato l'appuntamento sull'agenda e di essersi dimenticato dell'appuntamento. Complimenti! E per fortuna che era stato proprio lui a chiederci di rispettare l'appuntamento ed eventualmente avvisare in anticipo per disdire Bravo! A	Alessandro De Marte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un appartamento sulla carta a Torresina 2 a maggio 2018, il venditore che era lì, un certo Mario, mi ha venduto un appartamento per un altro, mi aveva garantito che il mio appartamento fosse di una certa metratura, che fosse compreso il posto auto nel piano garage (ho tanto di telefonate registrate nel quale mi garantiva tutto ciò) e tante altre cose. A distanza di qualche mese sono venuto a sapere che non c era né il posto auto che volevo io, e che l' appartamento era molto più piccolo. Quando l ho fatto presente al venditore, mi sono sentito rispondere : " ma mica io posso sapere tutti i dettagli di tutti gli appartamenti"!!! Ho dovuto cambiare appartamento, spendere 40 mila euro in più, e per finire la Progedil mi ha fatto pagare anche la registrazione dell'addendum al contratto, per un errore non certo mio. Dal 2018 a fine 2020 (quando sono entrato nell'appartamento) sono stato completamente abbandonato, ogni volta che provavo a chiamare per sapere lo stato avanzamento lavori, oppure per provare a vedere la casa o non avevo risposta, oppure ricevevo risposte completamente errate/inventate. Alla fine sono riuscito ad entrare direttamente in contatto con il costruttore che fortunatamente è un impresa molto seria. Due anni di arrabbiature e prese per i fondelli da parte della Progedil.
