★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La profumeria è fornitissima con articoli delle migliori Marche, le commesse sono gentili , ma per ben 3 volte ho trovato slla cassa 2 persone diverse che mentre mi facevano il conto parlavano con clienti, probabilmente abituali, senza rivolgermi il minimo saluto. L unica parola verso di me è stata la cifra da pagare. L ultima volta nemmeno arrivederci. Peccato, la cura di un cliente è importante soprattutto per farne di nuovi.
The perfumery is well stocked with items from the best brands, the orders are kind, but 3 times I found 2 different people at the cashier who, while they were making the bill, talked to customers, probably regulars, without addressing me the slightest greeting. The only word to me was the amount to pay. Last time not even goodbye. Too bad, taking care of a customer is especially important for making new ones.
