M	Miki Scarnera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrata in questo negozio oggi per la prima volta, cercavo il mio profumo "storico", ho parlato con l'unica commessa presente , le ho detto la marca e mi ha detto che il profumo era disponibile. Ho chiesto i prezzi e la signorina , con fare gentile ed esperto, ha guardato sul computer e mi ha letto i prezzi dei singoli formati. Alla fine ho optato per l'eau de parfume da 100ml, sembrava più conveniente rispetto a quello da 50 ml . Un secondo dopo aver pagato la commessa mi ha detto - con tono leggero : "Che poi questo profumo ora lo fanno nella versione da 75 ml , non da 100ml" . Io l'ho guardata incredula dicendole che non era quello che mi era stato detto al momento della vendita ! La signorina ha addebitato l'incongruenza al prezzo scritto sul listino ( non si capisce se il listino del negozio o della casa di profumi ) ma io le ho fatto notare che sarebbe stato corretto avvisarmi di questo prima di pagare , non dopo. La commessa mi ha saputo solo dire che se volevo potevo restituire il prodotto e mi avrebbe ridato i soldi. Ho preferito uscire e andarmene, certa del fatto che qui non tornerò più. Naturalmente ritengo responsabili più i gestori del negozio che la commessa , ma di gestori lì non c'era manco l'ombra I entered this shop today for the first time, I was looking for my "historic" perfume, I spoke to the only saleswoman present, I told her the brand and she told me that the perfume was available. I asked for the prices and the young lady, with a kind and expert manner, looked on the computer and read me the prices of the individual formats. In the end I opted for the 100ml eau de parfume, it seemed cheaper than the 50ml one. A second after having paid the saleswoman she said to me - in a light tone: "Then now they do this perfume in the 75ml version, not the 100ml one". I looked at her in disbelief and told her it wasn't what I was told at the time of the sale! The young lady charged the inconsistency to the price written on the price list (it is not clear whether the price list of the shop or the perfume house) but I pointed out that it would have been correct to notify me of this before paying, not afterwards. The shop assistant was only able to tell me that if I wanted to, I could return the product and she would give me the money back. I preferred to go out and go, certain of the fact that I will never return here. Of course, I hold the shop managers more responsible than the saleswoman, but there was not even a shadow of managers there
