★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ERO loro cliente da anni, ma ultimamente non più dopo diverse scortesie: 1)acquistai un Mascara Lancome pagato 30 euro, apro la confezione e mi accorgo che all interno c'era un'altro mascara! 2) ultimamente il resto era sempre sbagliato. Mi dispiace, ma a queste condizioni preferisco andare altrove.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È la mia profumeria, quella che ho eletto, quella che ha prodotti che forse utilizzo solo io, quella che mi ordina shampoo, balsamo, rossetti e me li mette da parte.
La profumeria è fornitissima e rispettosa di tutte le tasche, i prezzi sono "onesti" ed il personale è molto cordiale e attento.
Simona è la giovane con il maggior numero di anni di servizio: un'esperta, una vera professionista: conosce la disposizione di ogni oggetto, all'interno del locale, è padrona delle specifiche dei prodotti ed è sempre disponibile per le colleghe che si rivolgono a lei e per i/le clienti che cercano qualcosa in particolare.
Qui io compro anche cadeaux per amici e parenti ed è piacevole intrattenersi in profumeria perché c'è anche un nail point.
La forma del locale non è lineare, ma presenta scale ed angoli. Tale forma, che architettonicamente potrebbe essere penalizzante, personalmente accresce la curiosità e lo spirito di osservazione anche degli angoli, tutti, tral'altro, magistralmente utilizzati per l'esposizione. 5 stelle meritatissime

The perfumery is well stocked and respectful of all budgets, the prices are "fair" and the staff is very friendly and attentive.
Simona is the young woman with the most years of service: an expert, a true professional: she knows the arrangement of each object, inside the room, she is the master of product specifications and is always available for colleagues to you and to customers who are looking for something in particular.
Here I also buy cadeaux for friends and relatives and it is pleasant to spend time in perfumery because there is also a nail point.
The shape of the room is not linear, but has stairs and angles. This form, which architecturally could be penalizing, personally increases the curiosity and the spirit of observation also of the corners, all of which, among other things, are masterfully used for the exhibition. 5 stars well deserved

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato un profumo pagato profumatamente da 100ml fatto arrivare da un loro negozio poiché nel loro di Aversa mancava.Aperto era completamente diverso dall'originale.Scaduto??? Credo proprio di sì.Peccato che mi sia fidata,spero me lo rimborsi o.Tra le altre cose era un regalo per una mia amica.Pessima figura.
I bought a 100ml perfume paid handsomely from one of their shops because it was missing in their Aversa perfume. Open was completely different from the original. Expired ??? I think so. Too bad I trusted it, I hope it will refund me or. Among other things it was a gift for a friend of mine.

Per errore delle commesse a richiesta di un profumo Body kouros ( bottiglia nera) ribadendo anche il fatto di non volere quello esposto (bottiglia bianca) siccome non era della giusta fragranza (sottolineo che non sapevo che avevano 2 nomi diversi) ma dell altro,ho un profumo che non ho chiesto, non mi è stato cambiato e la scusa è stata siccome lo aperto (convinto che fosse quello che richiedevo) e che addirittura quello che avevo non era proprio quello che avevo richiesto(bottiglia bianca nome Kouros) quindi era sbagliato. Dopo 15 anni che uso lo stesso profumo mi ritrovo per la prima volta (anche avendolo acquistato in altre profumerie della stessa proprietà) ad avere un profumo diverso!

By mistake of the orders to request a Body kouros perfume (black bottle) also reiterating the fact that I did not want the one on display (white bottle) as it was not of the right fragrance (I underline that I did not know that they had 2 different names) but of the other one, I a perfume that I did not ask for, it was not changed and the excuse was because I opened it (convinced that it was what I requested) and that even what I had was not quite what I had requested (white bottle name Kouros) so it was wrong . After 15 years of using the same perfume I find myself for the first time (even having bought it in other perfumeries of the same property) to have a different perfume!
