Very efficient in refunding a product that I myself had ordered but was not available at the moment.
I hadn't realized it;
I contacted them and within 20 minutes of the call the refund had already been made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un cappotto Max Mara che è stato poi spedito una settimana dopo (ho dovuto contattarli io per sapere quando lo avrebbero spedito), inoltre non mi è stato dato alcun codice di tracciabilità.
Articolo arrivato compresso in una busta gls troppo piccola e all’interno di un altro sacco nero di plastica (le boutique di solito spediscono in scatole di cartone ampie con articoli imballati con delicatezza e attenzione). Il cappotto era una taglia diversa da quella ordinata, per cui sono stata ben felice di rendere l’articolo e non ordinerò mai più da loro. Due stelle solo perché se li contatti rispondono in tempi brevi.
I bought a Max Mara coat which was then shipped a week later (I had to contact them to find out when they would ship it), plus I was not given any tracking code.
Item arrived compressed in a too small GLS envelope and inside another black plastic bag (boutiques usually ship in large cardboard boxes with items packed with care and delicacy). The coat was a different size than the one ordered, so I was happy to return the item and I will never order from them again. Two stars only because if you contact them they respond quickly.
