Super disponibili anche nel far provare i profumi ( cosa non da poco in questa città ?) , una bella scoperta ! The women who work there are very kind, polite and professional. Mi sono recato oggi per provare delle fragranze e mi ha accompagnato in un viaggio di fragranze, argomentandosi ogni singolo profumo. Non ho acquistato per via dell’eccessivo prezzo e mi dispiace, (meritava l’acquisto solo per la gentilezza e professionalità) così mi ha proposto qualcosa di più economico sempre di alta qualità. And also the ladies there have minimum knowledge when it comes to perfumes and how they "work". So it is not the right place to find relevant perfume advice. Yes, to be fair, the range of fragrances to choose from is nice, to bad the workers there have nothing to do with perfume domain.

The name on Google is misleading - although the street sign does say "Crabtree & Evelyn", this is actually called "Profumeria Artistica Minenna", and they have a website and online store too. They have very few Crabtree & Evelyn products left to sell (C&E no longer make perfume for a few years now). That being said, this is a charming place set up in a vintage apothecary style, where I found brands like Penhaligon's, Creed, Artisan Parfumeur, Barrois and Carthusia, to name a few. The ladies were friendly and helpful in providing information about the brands and the ingredients, and offering as many test strips or skin sprays as requested. They handle the merchandise themselves, which seems common around here (found this in other stores too, and not just perfume), but I wasn't bothered by it. They also sell some jewelry and skin products, but I think the online store has more than the physical location.
