Ho avuto l'impressione che ci sia più attenzione verso i clienti già noti tralasciando i nuovi come nel mio caso. Non è una buona strategia di vendita, perdete potenziali acquirenti oltre ad essere molto scortese. Grazie.
Nice shop but sales staff perhaps a little too busy doing so many things at the same time and therefore cannot dedicate the time necessary to choose between such important fragrances. I had the impression that there is more attention towards already known customers, leaving out the new ones as in my case. It is not a good sales strategy, you are losing potential buyers as well as being very rude. Thanks.
