Stessa cifra al locatario, per un totale di 2700€, che rappresenta oltre il 30% del canone. Questa percentuale è assolutamente esagerata, anche per una città come Milano. s	sabrina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente da EVITARE ,ho parlato con un certo Luigi che prima di dare due informazioni su un’ ’appartamento è molto sospettoso fa un’interrogatorio ,ma cosa più importante mi dice che x sapere le spese di condominio dell’appartamento a cui ero interessata avrei dovuto portare un’assegno e fare la proposta? qs mi fa pensare che le spese di gestione dell’appartamento in questione non corrispondono a quelle dell’annuncio ma sono piuttosto alte,quindi attenzione xké potreste avere spiacevoli sorprese come scoprire dopo che vi siete impegnati con un’assegno che dovete sborsare 150-200€ al mese se vi va bene dal vostro stipendio x le spese di condominio .Tutto qs è ridicolo e scorretto . Qs Luigi non è assolutamente ne affidabile ne serio.ATTENZIONE10/2021 veramente non ho chiesto di mostrarmi niente solamente di conoscere l’ammontare delle spese di condominio verbalmente,che è una prassi assolutamente normale quando si chiedono informazioni riguardo un’appartamento al quale si è interessati,la cosa strana è stata la risposta,e sicuramente l’atteggiamento di qs persona è stato molto differente dal modo in cui ha risposto sul web.
