★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono presentata questa mattina allo studio di Milano del dottor Mario Dini, dopo aver prenotato una visita mesi fa. Assurdo, le segretarie mi hanno informato che il dottore non era presente, nonostante venerdi sera mi avessero confermato la visita. Io non sono nemmeno del posto e ho anche perso una giornata.
Se non sono nemmeno capaci di prendere un appuntamento, chissà di rifare un naso.
Inaccettabile.
I showed up this morning at Dr. Mario Dini's Milan office, after booking a visit months ago. Absurdly, the secretaries informed me that the doctor was not present, despite having confirmed the visit on Friday evening. I'm not even a local and I also missed a day.
If they are not even able to make an appointment, who knows to redo a nose.
Unacceptable.
