★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri ho fatto una radiografia e pagato tramite bonifico, previa autorizzazione del medico, che ho fatto davanti alla segretaria e ho dato loro il codice CRO. Oggi dopo le 16.30 sarei dovuta andare a prendere i risultati, mi chiama alle 15.30 la segretaria per dirmi che
fino a che non gli arriva il bonifico non mi daranno la radiografia. Servizio pessimo!!! Decisamente incompetenti.
Yesterday I took an X-ray and paid by bank transfer, with the doctor's authorization, which I did in front of the secretary and gave them the CRO code. Today after 16.30 I should have gone to get the results, the secretary called me at 15.30 to tell me that
until they get the wire transfer they won't give me the x-ray. Bad service !!! Definitely incompetent.

Un medico professionista ha il dovere di circondarsi di collaboratori educati e competenti, non lo sono stati con praticamente nessuno presente in studio.
Sul professore nulla da dire, mi dispiace però che non tornerò più a causa dei suoi impiegati.
Really rude and unprofessional staff except for the curly haired nurse whose name I don't know.
A professional doctor has a duty to surround himself with educated and competent collaborators, they have not been with practically anyone present in the office.
Nothing to say about the professor, but I am sorry that I will never return because of his employees.
