Altro che prodotto tipico.... L'imbarazzo dei clienti quando te le rimandano indietro pensando che siano crude ma non si cuoceranno mai. Siamo stati serviti da Alessandra, gentilissima e simpatica che ci ha anche guidato negli acquisti. Abbiamo acquistato salumi, formaggi, pasta, legumi, funghi secchi, spezie e liquore. Per la prima volta ci siamo azzardati nell'acquisto di un prosciutto crudo intero e non siamo delusi. Lo abbiamo trovato ottimo, dolce e profumato. Eccezionale anche il capocollo e gustosa la caciotta di Norcia. Buona anche la pasta. So con certezza che quando mangeremo gli altri salumi e formaggi saranno sicuramente più che buoni. Consiglio questi prodotti. L'accesso al negozio è possibile anche per chi è sulla sedia a rotelle dall'entrata che si trova sulla piazza. Abbiamo degustato il loro strepitoso prosciutto crudo di Norcia, un tagliere di salumi e formaggi accompagnati da una buonissima birra locale. A presto!
