Non c'è possibilità di prenotarsi online.Rimango basito. Questa mattina ho effettuato una prenotazione ticket presso l'ufficio postale di Nicolosi (CT) attraverso l'APP per far modificare la data del documento inserito nello SPID. Premetto di essere già in possesso dello SPID, attendo il mio turno e mi riceve l'operatore n. 210100 che in modo perentorio mi dice che la prenotazione è inerente ESCLUSIVAMENTE all'operazione di "creazione di una utenza SPID", spiego di essere già in possesso dell'utenza e chiedo solo di aggiornare la data del documento. L'operatore 210100 mi insiste che la mia richiesta non può essere evasa in quanto non rientra nell'ambito della prenotazione online. Basito da quanto mi riferisce, effettuo la prenotazione presso l'ufficio postale di Mascalucia (CT) dove invece, come mi aspettavo, hanno evaso senza alcun problema la mia richiesta. Certa gente NON merita di occupare un posto al servizio del cittadino, se poi non ha alcuna volontà di farlo. Gradirei che il direttore, sensibilizzasse l'operatore a svolgere le funzioni per il quale è assunto, che ne abbia la volontà o meno, altrimenti che si cerchi qualcos'altro da fare con più diligenza, grazie.
