★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come tutti gli uffici, é un casino da quando si può prendere il ticket da app. Chi non ha le capacità non può prendere il numero e ricorre alle liste scritte facendosi scavalcare con la scusa della "prenotazione" quando hanno solo preso il ticket e saltato la lunga fila. Dovrebbero mettere il totem fuori, e non tenerlo dentro, dato che non sono state distribuite delle linee guida da seguire, e ci si riduce ad aspettare ore, perché i pochi che prendono il ticket al totem, rimangono dentro, al posto di uscire nuovamente e dare la possibilità ad altri di prenotare.
Alla faccia degli assembramenti...
