★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A detta di tutti, anche degli stesi lavoratori di Poste Italiane, lavorano malissimo. Tengono i pacchi in giacenza per indirizzo errato senza nemmeno provare a consegnarli. Uno schifo.
By all accounts, even the same workers of the Italian Post Office work very badly. They keep packages in stock for wrong address without even trying to deliver them. It sucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un dipendente di questo ufficio postale( anziano con i capelli bianchi) ha negato di aprirmi un conto corrente dicendo che la mia carta d'identità è scaduta. Ha rifiutato di informarsi al meglio nemmeno quando gliel'ho detto che la validità dei documenti di riconoscimento e identità scaduti è stata ulteriormente prorogata al 31.12.2020. Per certa gente è arrivato l'ora di andare in pensione e lasciare il posto ai giovani!!!
An employee of this post office (senior with white hair) denied opening a checking account for me saying my identity card has expired. He refused to inquire as much as possible even when I told him that the validity of the expired identity and identification documents has been further extended to 31.12.2020. For some people it is time to retire and give way to young people !!!
