★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno sbagliato il prezzo della corrispondenza, ho provato a spiegare che veniva di meno ma non hanno voluto sentir ragione e mi hanno detto di ricontrollare i prezzi online (che conosco a memoria). A casa dopo ho chiamato il servizio clienti di Poste, dove una gentilissima signorina mi ha confermato (dopo revisioni di tariffe e formati con tanto di squadretta) che doveva costare circa tre euro e cinquanta in meno, dunque chiamo all'ufficio postale spiegando la situazione e l'impiegato dopo aver incolpato qualsiasi cosa tranne che sé stesso mi dice "ma se era un altro formato me lo doveva dire" (Eh?? Ci ho provato per mezz'ora mentre lui mi diceva che avevo torto, e comunque io non sono un impiegato, non sono cose che dovrebbero competere me) e raggiunge l'esploit con un "se vogliamo polemizzare venga qua in ufficio, le restituisco tre euro" (ugh. no.) Ovviamente non avevo chiamato per riavere i soldi, ma per assicurarmi che la prossima volta non mi succedesse più, e invece adesso ho la sicurezza che in quest'ufficio non rimetterò mai più piede.
 I was wrong about the price of the correspondence, I tried to explain that it came less but they didn't want to hear reason and they told me to double check the prices online (which I know by heart). At home after I called the customer service of Poste, where a very kind young lady confirmed me (after revisions of rates and formats with a lot of square) that had to cost about three euros and fifty less, so I call the post office explaining the situation and the clerk after blaming everything except himself tells me "but if it was another format he had to tell me" (Eh? I tried for half an hour while he told me I was wrong, and anyway I didn't I am an employee, they are not things that should compete with me) and I reach the explosion with a "if we want to argue, come here to the office, I give you three euros" (ugh. no.) Obviously I had not called to get the money back, but for make sure that next time no longer happens to me, and instead now I have the security that I will never set foot in this office again.
