Wir hatten in unserem Italien-Urlaub eine ernsthafte Autopanne. Obwohl alle Werkstätte in der Nähe komplett voll mit den Terminen waren, hat man hier für uns trotzdem Zeit direkt gefunden. Unser Auto wurde diagnostiziert und das passende Ersatzteil bestellt. Das Auto war schon nach zwei Tagen fertig und wir kamen gut nach Hause.
Extra ein Dankeschön an Massimo, der sich sofort und persönlich um unser Problem gekümmert hat.
Jungs, ihr habt unser Urlaub gerettet!!! Danke euch nochmal!!!
The guys from the ProCar team are just great!
We had a serious car breakdown on our vacation in Italy. Even though all the workshops nearby were completely full of appointments, they still found time for us here. Our car was diagnosed and the right spare part was ordered. The car was ready after just two days and we got home safely.
A special thank you to Massimo, who took care of our problem immediately and personally.
