★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non lo conoscevo, trovato per caso, eravamo in due. I primi normali mentre la tagliata era po durina oltre essere arrivata tiepida per questo 2 stelle al max sarei arrivato a 3, magari di tutto il menu non abbiamo preso i loro cavalli di battaglia. Per il resto personale cordiale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia ragazza è andata per un problema della carica della batteria, ci hanno tenuto la macchina 2 giorni e poi non sono riusciti a risolvere, ma hanno voluto 60 euro per il tempo perso. In Fiat ci hanno subito cambiato l'alternatore.
My girlfriend went for a battery charge problem, they kept the car for us 2 days and then they couldn't fix it, but they wanted 60 euros for the lost time. In Fiat they immediately changed the alternator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conto salato. Avevo chiesto di intervenire solo sul alcune cose, perché dovevo darla in concessionaria dopo un mese, m'interessava giusto averla in sicurezza. Invece loro hanno ritenuto di fare anche altro, presentandomi un bel conto salato. Dicono che loro lavorano così, quello che secondo loro va cambiato, lo cambiano. Visto che non mi andava bene, potevo lasciare la macchina altri 2 o 3 giorni, perché mi avrebbero smontato le cose quando potevano.
Così ho dato al concessionario una macchina rinnovata e ci ho rimesso 400 euro.
Salty bill. I had asked to intervene only on some things, because I had to give it to the dealership after a month, I was just interested in having it safely. Instead they decided to do something else, presenting me with a nice salty bill. They say that they work like this, what they think needs to be changed, they change. Since it didn't suit me, I could leave the car another 2 or 3 days, because they would take things apart when they could.
So I gave the dealer a refurbished car and lost 400 euros.

Molto validi e professionali, prezzi nella media ma assolutamente adeguati al servizio. Professionalità da 10 e lode.
Always kind, maximum availability. I called them for an emergency (flat tire) and they quickly solved the problem, mounting the 4 winter bikes I already had available at my request. Very good and professional, average prices but absolutely adequate for the service. Professionalism from 10 and praise.
