★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Distillerie, bekannt insb. für den "Willi" = Williamsbirnenbrand. Gute, aber keine überragende Qualität. Moderner schön designter Laden in altem Gemäuer mit vielen Bränden, Verkostung möglich, auch einige weitere pseudo-mediterrane Produkte erhältlich. Bedienung mehr professionell als zu freundlich.
 Distillery, especially known for the "Willi" = Williams pear brandy. Good, but not outstanding, quality. Modern, beautifully designed shop in old walls with many brandies, tasting possible, some other pseudo-Mediterranean products also available. Service more professional than too friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trovato la signora in cassa molto disponibile e competente nello spiegare e fare provare i distillati. Consigliati i distillati al sapore castagne.
I found the lady on the cashier very helpful and competent in explaining and trying the spirits. Chestnut flavored spirits are recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kenne die Grappas schon einige Jahre. Dieses Jahr besuchte ich nun die Privatbrennerei vor Ort, da wir schon einige Jahre nach Marling kommen.
Die Räume sind sehr schön und die Auswahl gross. Bei beiden Besuchen innerhalb von 3 Wochen war das anwesende Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auf Wunsch kann auch ein Schnaps probiert werden.
Da die Einfuhr in die Schweiz beschränkt ist, muss man halt öfters vorbeigehen ;-)
Das Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis der guten Tropfen ist sehr gut.
Wahrscheinlich sind wir erst wieder im Oktober im Südtirol. Wir werden aber auf jeden Fall wieder vorbeischauen :-)
I've known the grappas for a few years. This year I visited the local distillery because we have been coming to Marling for several years.
The rooms are very nice and the selection is large. On both visits within 3 weeks, the staff present was very friendly and courteous. If desired, a schnapps can also be tried.
Since the import to Switzerland is limited, you have to stop by often ;-)
The price / performance ratio of the good drops is very good.
We will probably not be back in South Tyrol until October. We will definitely drop by again :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un posto incantevole, Antica Distilleria privata di vini e soprattutto liquori tra cui grappe Amari E tutto le varianti possibili. Possibilità di visita guidata e assaggi di vini e liquori in loco. I prezzi Naturalmente non sono bassi ma i prodotti sono eccellenti. Con l'acquisto di grandi quantità siano notevoli sconti. Parcheggio interno. Occhio a non assaggiare troppo? ich liebe Unterthurner!

Neben einer großen Auswahl an guten Likören, Schnäpsen und Edelbränden wurde uns auch ein sehr guter Service geboten.
Wir wurden von den herzlichen Brennmeisters nett empfangen.
Anschließend erhielten wir einen umfangreichen Einblick in die Kunst des Brennens, und konnten nach dem Rundgang einige hausgemachte edle Tropfen probieren.
Die Brennerei verwendet ausschließlich Produkte aus der Region.
Die Qualität ist extrem hochwertig, da merkt man die Arbeit und die liebe zum Handwerk über mehrere Generationen.
Wirklich herausragend ist aber der Gin.
Die Preise sind aufgrund der Qualität der Produkte vollkommen Gerechtfertigt.
Im Anschluss gibt es alle Produkte im Shop zu erwerben - ein muss <3

In addition to a large selection of good liqueurs, schnapps and spirits, we were also offered very good service.
We were warmly welcomed by the hearty Brennmeisters.
We then received a comprehensive insight into the art of distilling and were able to taste some homemade fine wines after the tour.
The distillery only uses products from the region.
The quality is extremely high, you can see the work and love for the craft over several generations.
But what really stands out is the gin.
The prices are fully justified given the quality of the products.
Afterwards all products can be purchased in the shop - a must <3
