★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Senza infamia e ma di certo senza lode. Ad una mia zia hanno mandato un assistente a casa che dire non era competente è poco, buona volontà di certo ma competenza zero. Non credo si possa inviare qualcuno a fare "esperienza" sulla pelle della gente. Nulla da dire sul fatto che alla fine il servizio è stato svolto, in qualche modo, ma di certo non ha alleviato la situazione psicologica.
 Without infamy and certainly without praise. To an aunt of mine they sent an assistant to the house that to say was not competent is little, certainly good will but zero competence. I don't think anyone can be sent to "experience" on people's skin. Nothing to say about the fact that in the end the service was done in some way, but it certainly did not alleviate the psychological situation.
