Il prodotto sostituito non compriva l'intero importa speso, per questo motivo mi è stato fatto un buono, rispetto al quale non mi è stata fornita nessuna indicazione si scadenza. Mi sono recata in negozio per usufruirne, e con toni alquanto sgarbati mi è stato detto che era scaduto,sulla base di non so quale criterio. Non ci metterò più piede e consiglio vivamente di non fare regali. Il personale può risultare anche gentile, ma a quanto pare solo all'atto di vendita.
I've always been a regular customer, I was given a gift that I changed. The replaced product did not buy the entire amount spent, for this reason I was given a voucher, for which I was not given any indication of expiry. I went to the shop to use it, and in somewhat rude tones I was told that it had expired, based on I don't know what criteria. I will never set foot in it again and I highly recommend not giving gifts. The staff can also be nice, but apparently only at the time of sale.
