★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sito completamente inaffidabile e da sconsigliare: faccio un ordine il 17 dicembre, con consegna garantita per il 24 ( in tempo per Natale), il pacco arriva un mese dopo, il 15 gennaio. Nel frattempo scrivo diverse mail, a cui non si degnano neppure di rispondere. Se telefoni, rispondono dal negozio fisico e ti dicono di scrivere una mail, perchè loro non centrano nulla con il sito. Nel pacco che arriva, non è presente un modulo per il reso, e se scrivi per richiederlo, ovviamente...non si degnano di rispondere. SCANDALOSI!!!!
Site completely unreliable and not recommended: I place an order on December 17th, with guaranteed delivery for the 24th (in time for Christmas), the package arrives a month later, on January 15th. In the meantime I write several emails, to which they don't even deign to reply. If you call, they answer from the physical store and tell you to write an email, because they have nothing to do with the site. In the package that arrives, there is no return form, and if you write to request it, of course ... they do not deign to respond. SCANDALOS !!!!
