Sono entrata per informazioni e avrei anche comperato ma la signora mi ha invitato a vedere l argenteria esposta nella vetrina fuori dal negozio e mi ha chiuso fuori chiudendomi la porta in faccia. Non ho più suonato ope rientrare e ho optato per un altro regalo e un altro negozio...non credo sia il modo corretto per trattare i clienti, soprattutto quelli motivati a comorcom
I found the lady not kind and unwelcoming. I came in for information and I would have bought, but the lady invited me to see the silverware on display in the window outside the store and closed me by closing the door in my face. I did not play any more and I opted for another gift and another store ... I do not think it's the right way to treat customers, especially those motivated to comorcom

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portati due orologi a cambiare le batterie! Circa 20 minuti per cambiarle! Dopo un giorno l'ora del mio orologio rimane indietro di un ora! Riposto l'ora esatta e dopo poche ore segna circa 20 minuti in più! In negozio mi dicono che è per la meccanica dell'orologio! Non sapevo che gli orologiai trattano i loro clienti come alcuni meccanici trattano con le donne!
P. S. L'orologio ha preso un colpo sul vetro sullo stipite di una porta diversi anni fa! Cosa centra il vetro con la meccanica dell'orologio! Poi il colpo non è stato molto forte!!!
P. P. S L'orologio non ha mai preso altri colpi e nemmeno acqua! PERCHÉ È UN REGALO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due settimane fa ho acquistato un braccialetto chiedendo se potevo indossarlo tutto il giorno in modo tale da esser rassicurata sulla resistenza ....Ma dopo una settimana il braccialetto si rompe, lo porto a riparare sicura che sia in garanzia invece mi hanno fatto pagare la riparazione dicendomi che lo avevo rotto io strattonandolo, cosa non vera. Sicuramente questo sarà il mio ultimo acquisto in questo negozio
Two weeks ago I bought a bracelet asking if I could wear it all day in order to be reassured about the resistance .... But after a week the bracelet breaks, I take it to repair sure that it is under warranty instead they made me pay the repair by telling me that I had broken it by tugging on it, which is not true. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno ridato vita al mio orologio a pendolo a colonna, per me di grande valore affettivo. Dopo un loro sopralluogo a casa mia per verificare vari malfunzionamenti ho deciso, anche dopo loro parere professionale, di sostituire tutta la meccanica del movimento, che comprendeva anche pesi, pendolo e persino lancette nuove. Sono venuti a ritirarlo da casa mia con estrema cura ed attenzione per portarlo nel loro laboratorio dove eseguire la sostituzione completa di tutta la meccanica di movimento, preventivandomi 2/3 settimane di lavoro e puntualmente dopo 3 settimane me lo hanno riportato a casa, praticamente rimesso a nuovo. Lavoro eseguito a regola d’arte, da veri professionisti, sono rimasto davvero entusiasta. Mi hanno rilasciato un certificato di garanzia di 2 anni per qualsiasi problema. Prezzo assolutamente giusto per la qualità del lavoro fatto. Grande professionalità, serietà e competenza, e soprattutto passione per il loro lavoro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco competenti . Anzi forse non è un problema di competenza, non sono stati capaci di regolare un Casio "però se era un Citizen non c'erano problemi" è stata la loro risposta..... Vorrei soltanto dire al proprietario che visto che non siete in grado di regolarlo era meglio dirlo subito e non trattenerlo solo per cambiare la batteria. Capisco che di questi tempi 8 euro possono fare comodo a tutti , e comunque io non sono un orologiaio, ed ho avvertito subito di non avere più le istruzioni. Vicino a largo Barriera , subito via da voi , sono entrato in un negozietto angusto ed un signore anziano e molto gentile non ha fatto altro che appoggiarlo su un attrezzo che Voi dovreste avere in quanto "orologiai di prestigio" , e in 30 secondi me lo ha dato e funziona benissimo, non ha voluto niente ma mi sono sentito non in obbligo ma in dovere di lasciar pagati 5 caffè nel bar attiguo.
Aggiornatevi con l'attrezzatura o mettete un cartello "noi qui aggiustiamo solo orologi di valore" visto che lavorate a San Giacomo, cioè dove abito e dove voi stonate alla grande. Comunque vi auguro una buona giornata e un veloce aggiornamento .

Near Largo Barriera, immediately away from you, I entered a narrow shop and an elderly and very kind man did nothing but place it on a tool that you should have as a "prestigious watchmaker", and in 30 seconds he gave and it works very well, he did not want anything but I felt not obliged but obliged to leave paid for 5 coffees in the adjacent bar.
Update yourself with the equipment or put up a sign "we only fix valuable watches here" since you work in San Giacomo, that is where I live and where you clash great. Anyway, I wish you a good day and a quick update.
