★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia figlia mi ha fatto alcuni regali in questo punto vendida, che si sono puntualmente rotti o hanno perso delle parti ( lacche, pietre). L'ultimo acquisto, un braccialettino tennis, già all'apertura della scatola presentava un difetto alla chiusura, come se la staffa di sicurezza fosse stata torta con una pinzetta o altro. Non dissi niente per non dispiacere la ragazzina ma, solo un mese e mezzo dopo, un brillantino viene via e dopo due giorni il bracciale si spezza. Io indosso gioielli giorno e notte e non ho mai alcun problema, oltretutto lavoravo in gioielleria pure io e non ho mai visto una tale politica in merito alle riparazioni e al servizio clienti. Non acquisterò mai più presso questo punto vendida
My daughter gave me some gifts at this vendid point, which promptly broke or lost parts (lacquers, stones). The latest purchase, a tennis bracelet, already had a defect when opening the box, as if the safety bracket had been twisted with tweezers or other. I said nothing so as not to displease the girl but, only a month and a half later, a diamond comes off and after two days the bracelet breaks. I wear jewelry day and night and I never have any problems, plus I worked in jewelry too and I have never seen such a policy regarding repairs and customer service. I will never shop at this vendor again
