★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato a sbloccare le testine di stampa di una Epson. Telefono dopo due giorni e mi si dice che poiché non funzionava ancora bene sarebbe stata sotto trattamento più a lungo. Mi viene chiesto se smaltirla in caso di irrecuperabilità e io preciso che sarei comunque passata a prenderla poiché non è mia. Vado a ritirarla e mi sento rispondere che la stampante è stata smaltita. L'addetto senza neppure scusarsi è stato oltremodo sgarbato intimandomi addirittura di uscire perché c'erano clienti in attesa.
 I took an Epson printhead unlock. I phone after two days and I am told that since it was still not working well it would be under treatment for longer. I am asked whether to dispose of it in case of irrecoverability and I specify that I would still have come to pick it up since it is not mine. I go to collect it and I am told that the printer has been disposed of. The clerk without even apologizing was extremely rude even intimating me to leave because there were customers waiting.
