Mi è capitato (ad una mia società) che hanno incamerato la caparra di un veicolo che gli era stato commissionato poiché la finanziaria CONVENZIONATA CON LORO (NEOS) non ha approvato il finanziamento che essi stessi avevano definito nel contratto di acquisto.
They are commercially incorrect. It happened to me (to one of my companies) that they forfeited the deposit of a vehicle that had been commissioned because the finance company CONVENTIONED WITH THEM (NEOS) did not approve the loan that they themselves had defined in the purchase contract.
