★ ★ ★ ★ ★ esperienza pessima personale maleducato, caffè abbastanza discutibile dato che non ho fatto neanche un sorso, croissant con la marmellata ( arrivato vuoto). VERAMENTE SCONSIGLIATO!!
bad experience rude staff, quite questionable coffee since i didn't even have a sip, croissant with jam (arrived empty). REALLY NOT RECOMMENDED !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comportamento vergognoso del ragazzo che lavora al tabacchi. Serviva i clienti mentre usava il suo telefonino e neanche guardava negli occhi i suoi interlocutori. Rispondeva in maniera sgarbata con un secco "no" mentre sbuffava, chiaramente non aveva voglia di lavorare e non ha fatto niente per nasconderlo. Un bel corso di comunicazione e educazione è ciò che gli serve.
Shameful behavior of the boy who works in the tobacco shop. He served customers while using his cell phone and did not even look his interlocutors in the eye. He answered rudely with a sharp "no" as he snorted, he clearly didn't want to work and didn't do anything to hide it. A good communication and education course is what he needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribile esperienza ! In questo posto ho riscontrato solo arroganza e maleducazione da parte dei camerieri! Una ragazza inoltre era seduta al tavolo (fidanzata oltretutto con uno di loro) con aggressività mi ha attaccata dicendo che ci stavo provando con il suo fidanzato (cameriere) ! Robe da matti ! Non all’altezza per servire i clienti. Sicuramente non metterò più piede qui dentro.
Terrible experience! In this place I found only arrogance and rudeness on the part of the waiters! A girl was also sitting at the table (girlfriend plus one of them) aggressively attacked me saying that I was hitting on her boyfriend (waiter)! Crazy stuff! Not up to par to serve customers. I will certainly never set foot in here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale scontroso e maleducato, mi sono davvero trovato male in questo posto. Invece di far mettere a proprio agio un cliente nuovo si sono mostrati solo insolenti e scontrosi. Esperienza totalmente da dimenticare. Per non parlare dei prezzi, manco fossimo nel miglior bar di Manhattan. Altamente sconsigliato.
Grumpy and rude staff, I really felt bad about this place. Instead of letting a new customer feel comfortable, they just showed themselves insolent and grumpy. Experience totally to forget. Not to mention the prices, not even we were in the best bar in Manhattan. Highly not recommended.
