E’ la quarta volta che affido un Atto a questo Studio, le volte precedenti si trattava di atti di vendita senza problemi. Questa volta sono sorti problemi importanti relativamente alla presenza di una veranda non regolarizzata e spacciata per “a norma”. Solo che la documentazione era mancante. Il Notaio Paolo Bonomo ha percepito immediatamente l’anomalia e ha seguito con grande attenzione il problema Mi ha tutelato, consigliato ed e’ intervenuto personalmente durante un incontro con la parte venditrice, al fine non solo di risolvere positivamente la questione nel pieno rispetto della legge. E’ veramente un serissimo professionista, ma sa anche di dare un incisivo segnale di etica e di deontologia Posso solo dire che la stima che gia’ avevo per il Notaio Paolo Bonomo e’ esponenzialmente cresciuta e lo ringrazio ancora per avermi risolto con azioni efficaci una situazione difficile.
