Ci siamo andati diverse volte, ma non importa da chi fossimo serviti, ci siamo trovati male con il personale di vendita, che con un atteggiamento passivo-aggressivo ci ha messo a disagio o ha disatteso le richieste (che in un altro store nella provincia vicina invece hanno soddisfatto col sorriso sulle labbra). Non ci tornerò.
The products are good, obviously high prices. We went there several times, but no matter who we were served by, we got on bad with the sales staff, who with a passive-aggressive attitude made us uncomfortable or disregarded requests (which in another store in the nearby province instead they satisfied with a smile on their lips). I will not go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aperto a settembre 2020, questo punto vendita Primigi è spazioso e abbastanza fornito. Ma quel che mi è piaciuto molto è la disponibilità delle commesse. Un occhio di riguardo verso i bimbi e una pazienza ormai rara e apprezzatissima anche da mio figlio. L'umiltà di non sapere tutto compensata dalla disponibilità di trovare una soluzione. Hanno guadagnato una cliente.
Open in September 2020, this Primigi store is spacious and fairly well-stocked. But what I really liked is the availability of orders. A special focus on children and patience now rare and highly appreciated by my son. The humility of not knowing everything compensated by the willingness to find a solution. They have gained a client.
