★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mio suocera ha regalato delle bellissime scarpette in offerta a mio figlio, ma nonostante il numero fosse esatto, la scarpa calzava poco e l'ho dovuta cambiare il giorno dopo con tanto di scontrino alla mano. La commessa, dopo aver chiesto alla titolare, non ha fatto passare lo sconto del giorno prima e ci ha chiesto la differenza di quasi 15 euro per il cambio modello (nonostante costassero uguali). Sono rimasta un po' male in quanto siamo clienti abituali, mi aspettavo un trattamento migliore. Infatti avevo chiesto anche qualche vestitino che poi vista la situazione, ho preferito comprare altrove.
My mother-in-law gave some beautiful shoes on offer to my son, but despite the number being exact, the shoe fit little and I had to change it the next day with lots of bills in hand. The contract, after asking the owner, did not pass the discount the day before and asked us for the difference of almost 15 euros for the model change (although they cost the same). I was a little upset because we are regulars, I expected better treatment. In fact I had also asked for some dresses that, given the situation, I preferred to buy elsewhere.
