★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il parrucchiere si perde in chiacchiere e accumula ritardi fino a due ore, costringendo chi ha prenotato ad attese kafkiane. L'attenzione al cliente e' nulla, il parrucchiere non si scusa per i ritardi e ignora le richieste, tagliando i capelli come gli viene meglio. Frequente andirivieni di amici del parrucchiere dalla vicina palestra, con conseguenti distrazioni, che causano errorini e slittamenti di orario. Frequentissimi i clienti con appuntamento che si alzano e se ne vanno esasperati. A mantenere la clientela e' la convenzione con la palestra Prime e il costo contenuto, ma credetemi, ci sono gironi infernali meno snervanti.
