Stavo provando dei stivali che costano 70€ ed erano malridotti: suola sporca, graffi sulla pelle.
La risposta è stata: “eh io non posso farci niente, arrivano così”; il che la dice lunga sulla serietà di questo negozio.
Il tutto condito con un “arrivederci” passivo aggressivo che era del tutto evitabile e fuori luogo.
Peccato. Acquisterò su Amazon.
The brazenness of these "orders" is absolutely scandalous.
I was trying on some boots that cost € 70 and were in bad shape: dirty sole, scratches on the leather.
The answer was: “eh I can't help it, they come like this”; which speaks volumes about the seriousness of this shop.
All topped off with a passive aggressive "goodbye" that was completely avoidable and out of place.
Sin. I will buy on Amazon.
