 unfortunate that such a serious organization assigns a presale in boxoffice that even asks for an additional 2.50 to print the ticket online, incredible but true

Anzi hanno detto che il biglietto dava la possibilità ma non la certezza.... Senza parole, sia io che tutte le altre persone che hanno pagato
Bad experience - they sold the VIP tickets on ticketoone for 160 € each to meet Kostner and Plushenko and at the end of the event we didn't meet anyone. Indeed they said that the ticket gave the possibility but not the certainty .... Without words, both me and all the other people who paid
