Quando ci siamo presentati in negozio ci hanno fatto aspettare un primo quarto d' ora senza dirci alcunché, poi ci hanno riferito che avevano bisogno di ancora un po' di tempo e che saremmo dovuti ripassare dopo circa mezz ora. Abbiamo fatto un giro nel centro commerciale, ma dopo mezz ora il problema era sempre lo stesso, per il nostro appuntamento avremmo dovuto aspettare ancora, senza sapere quanto. Abbiamo deciso quindi di andare via. Bad experience. When we called to make an appointment they recommended due to covid to be on time. Da riconoscere l'apprensione delle altre ragazze che quantomeno sono state sbrigative nel servirmi. Piccola cosa di poco conto ho chiesto un fazzoletto per asciugare le orecchie bagnate dallo shampoo ed il professionista che cura i tagli e non può abbassarsi a fare gli shampoo mi ha preso dal bagno un pò di carta igienica. Ha iniziato il suo lavoro dicendo che era facilissimo...ha fatto uno schifo un taglio del tutto diverso da quello mostrato...un colore assolutamente diverso....beh che dire...se questi sono I professionisti...Aiuto! G	Giuseppe Lepore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, ho chiamato chiedendo di fare un taglio per uomo, mi hanno confermato l'appuntamento alle 13:30 arrivato lì una donna (adulta) mi ha rovinato completamente, non è stata in grado di farmi una sfumatura, capelli tagliati malissimo, dietro me li ha tagliati addirittura storti e ho dovuto sistemarli a casa con il rasoio! Ho chiesto del titolare ma era assente. Ho chiesto ad una ragazza (che oltretutto mi ha fatto pagare 13€ per un taglio LATERALE orrendo e gli ho fatto presente che mi hanno rovinato) mi ha semplicemente risposto con "i tagli ai maschi li fa il titolare" ancora non ho capito perché mi hanno tagliato i capelli se non era di loro competenza! Mi son fatto 58km perché erano gli unici aperti essendo domenica , la prossima volta piuttosto mi taglio la testa anziché andare lì!
