M	Margherita Lampitelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensavo di aver fatto un'ottima scelta comprando qui la cameretta...poi mi sono accorta a mie spese che dopo aver speso 3300 euro una cameretta di 1 divano letto, un ponte e una scrivania, che il letto estraibile non aveva la rete che si apre a scatto ma va aperta manualmente con tutti i pericoli connessi...mi dicono che loro le vendono anche cosi...ma io avevo chiesto espressamente una rete a scatto per i bambini...ma per loro non e'un problema, basta metterci il resto, fuori contrattazione dell'intera somma chiaramente e si risolve...presa in giro due volte...poco seri e professionali,.tutto questo e"uscito fuori dopo 3 mesi dall'acquisto mentre io aspettavo che mi aggiustassero la rete.ma la mia rete si chiamava solo Rete, non rete a scatto...si vede che vendono ai poveretti del 3 mondo che si tengono un divano letto con quei disagi! Per adesso metto tre stelle e non 5 perché devo ancora esaminare il POST VENDITA e la POST ASSISTENZA TECNICA . Ho avuto i soliti problemini , del tipo qualche componente uscito difettato non funzionante che a quasi 2 mesi dalla consegna ancora devono risolvermi. Sarà mia cura completare questa recensione in positivo spero, dopo la completa risoluzione di questi problemi. I recently bought the entire furniture for a new house, good value for money, precise in respecting delivery times, very capable the team that carried out the assembly for me. For now I put three stars and not 5 because I have yet to examine the AFTER SALES and POST TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE. I had the usual problems, such as some component that came out defective and not working that almost 2 months after delivery still have to solve me. It will be my care to complete this review in a positive way, after the complete resolution of these problems.

Me le hanno fatte pervenire (ben 5) in pochissimi giorni e non mi hanno chiesto nemmeno un centesimo. I contacted them for a hinge of a sideboard bought three years ago that I couldn't find in any hardware store. They sent them to me (no less than 5) in a few days and they didn't ask me for even a cent.
