L	Luigi Gatti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ personale molto scortese almeno la commessa che era in servizio il 29 marzo pomeriggio arrogande e indisponente ....mi sono recata al negozio in quado il bracciale che mi è stato regalato ha la chiusura un pò leggera si è aperto due volte con il rischio di perderlo quindi volevo cambiarlo con un altro bracciale con la chiusura diversa, piu sicura... mi ha risposto la commessa "non posso fare nulla l'articolo non si puo cambiare ""cosa che la legge permette" ho chiesto di sostituire il gangio di chiusura mi ha risposto "non posso fere nulla per me la chirura e lenta ma funziona"... ad ogni domanda rispondeva sempre non posso fare nulla .....mille storie sia per il cambio dell'articolo sia per l'aggiusto del gancio.... la commessa sempre indisponente e arrogante .....me ne sono andato e solo dopo mi ha richiamato acconsentendo alla sistemazione del gangio di chiusura ma no al cambio dell' articolo. diverse volte mi sono servita di questo negozio non ho mai avuto problemi anche perchè non ho mai avuto un'articolo difettoso ma sicuramente ci non andrò più... la cortesia e la disponibilità di chi lavora in questi servizzi e alla base di un lavoro commerciale. volevo parlare con un responsabile ma nulla da fare ....spero che legga la mia recensione very rude staff at least the saleswoman who was on duty on March 29th afternoon arrogant and annoying ....
