Volevo effettuare un cambio presso di loro a fine dicembre perché mi trovavo a fare una passeggiata a Salerno, senza pensarci due volte mi hanno detto che non era possibile perché la garanzia era scaduta.
sono tornata nel Pandora store più vicino a casa mia e lì non mi hanno fatto problemi.
Pessime e senza voglia
 Unpleasant and not very available orders.
I wanted to make a change with them at the end of December because I was taking a walk in Salerno, without thinking twice they told me that it was not possible because the guarantee had expired.
I went back to the Pandora store closest to my home and they didn't bother me there.

Genny di pompei mi ha guidato nei miei acquisti consigliandomi e con infinita pazienza mi ha su(o)pportato. Con i suoi modi gentili sono entrata per un regalo e sono uscita con 5 acquisti ? però pienamente soddisfatta perché quando sei seguito con amore e non con insistenza riesci ad acquistare spensierata ?
Crazy shop, very kind staff, but in particular I have to congratulate the girl who followed me, I was so impressed by her competence and kindness that I asked her her name. Genny from Pompeii guided me in my purchases advising me and with infinite patience he took me on (or) brought me. With her kind ways I came in for a gift and went out with 5 purchases ? but fully satisfied because when you are followed with love and not insistently you can buy carefree ?
