★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottime bici, bel negozio con prodotti di qualità, prezzi per il noleggio sicuramente non economici ma in linea con i prezzi di altri noleggiatori locali.
Abbiamo avuto una fastidiosa incomprensione sul significato di "giornata intera" (che comincia al mattino e non invece "anche" dal pomeriggio del giorno prima) ma con il proprietario abbiamo raggiunto un ragionevole accordo sul prezzo finale da pagare.
Consiglio di chiarire "bene" il prezzo totale da pagare prima di partire per il bike tour e di fare l'assicurazione, anche se con franchigia.
Great bikes, nice shop with quality products, rental prices certainly not cheap but in line with the prices of other local renters.
We had an annoying misunderstanding about the meaning of "full day" (which starts in the morning and not "also" from the afternoon of the day before) but with the owner we reached a reasonable agreement on the final price to pay.
I recommend that you clarify the total price to be paid before leaving for the bike tour and take insurance, even if with a deductible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il lavoro va premiato, bici nuove al massino delle possibilità del proprietario, 200 mila eiuro di bici investiti per stagione, il rischio è grande, onore al merito, ma pensare che il turista sia una persona che ha in mano l'aspetto imprenditoriale de titolare è semplicemente assurdo, abbiamo affitta tre bici, consogliano di fare 5euro a testa per assicurazione giustissimo, ma. Con una franchigia di 50euro(a livigno 2020 non mi hanno chiesto nulla) ok abbiamo 50anni andiamo normali diciamo di no, ma che succede la bici cade e rompe supporto delicatissimo del comando motore bici ebike. Risultato 150 euro di danni richiesti e pagati... E mi viene detto che se rompevo il telaio lo dovevo pagahre se rompevo la catena la dovevo pagare ss rompevo una leva la dovevo pagare.. Da turista capisco che non è un posto che vuole il turista, mo diapiace ma non funziona così.... Cavoli vostri, l'attività non la mia e soldi richiesti per tenere in piedi una attivita sono i miei? Mi dispiace ma avete perso un cliente e spero molti altri, poi lemetatevi che non ci sono cliente.... 150euro per un supporto è assurdo che possa ritornare non mi sento tutelato..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo noleggiato 2 full plus, top di gamma, consegnate in perfetto stato e con adeguata spiegazione. Abbiamo fatto anche l'assicurazione, perché il costo è irrisorio e, da ciclisti navigati, sappiamo che il danno può accadere ed i costi dei ricambi sono alti. Meglio affrontare l'esperienza sereni e pensare solo a divertirsi.
Noleggio consigliato e bici davvero performanti! Torneremo sicuramente.
We hired 2 full plus, top of the range, delivered in perfect condition and with adequate explanation. We also took out insurance, because the cost is negligible and, as experienced cyclists, we know that damage can happen and spare parts costs are high. Better to face the experience serene and think only of having fun.
Recommended rental and really performing bikes! We will definitely be back.
