Vorrei tornarci il prossimo sabato ma sono due giorni che telefono ma non risponde nessuno.
Qualcuno mi può dire se il ristorante è chiuso?
 When I can I book in this restaurant because it is one of my favorites. The food is great and the welcome is friendly.
I would like to go back next Saturday but I have been calling for two days but no one answers.
Can anyone tell me if the restaurant is closed?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si possono gustare ottimi piatti di un alta qualità con abbinamenti inconsueti, tipo tagliolini cacio e pepe con gamberi e ricci ma squisiti. Per non parlare del dolce cioccolato bianco e finocchio.. il tutto accompagnato da un panorama mozzafiato. Mi ha veramente stupito e soddisfatto.
You can taste excellent dishes of a high quality with unusual combinations, such as tagliolini with cheese and pepper with prawns and sea urchins but delicious. Not to mention the sweet white chocolate and fennel .. all accompanied by a breathtaking view. It really amazed and satisfied me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella scoperta a Colere, appena passato il passo della Presolana. Ambiente curato, ma non ingessato, peccato per alcuni ospiti un po' troppo chiassosi. Cibo cucinato in modo ottimo e presentato molto bene (patata alla brace con tartufo e Branzi e cervo strepitosi, altri piatti buoni ma meno interessanti). Vini interessanti con alcune chicche. Servizio cortese ma un po' troppo rapido. Prezzo adeguato al tipo di cena. Da provare se si ha la fortuna di essere in zona
Nice discovery in Colere, just after the Presolana pass. Well-kept environment, but not plastered, a shame for some guests who are a little too noisy. Food cooked very well and presented very well (grilled potato with truffle and amazing Branzi and venison, other good but less interesting dishes). Interesting wines with some goodies. Friendly service but a little too quick. Price appropriate to the type of dinner. A must try if you are lucky enough to be in the area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale accogliente e disponibile a soddisfare le nostre richieste, eravamo in 8 e per antipasto (foto mancante) volevamo condividere 4 antipasti in 6 e ci han servito 6 piatti con gli antipasti già divisi. In 2 han voluto condividere un riso ed è sono stati ben disposti a dividerlo nei 2 piatti. Ovviamente il piatto forte sono le bisteccone in stile "fiorentina" tantonper capirci, carne ricercata e veramente di altissima qualità con prezzi adeguati, non esagerate perché le dimensioni sono importanti, con un antipasto condiviso e una fettona di carne sarete già sazi. Infine i dolci erano ricercati, particolari e veramente buoni. Una buona cantina anche per quanto riguarda il post cena. Soddisfatti al 100%
Staff welcoming and available to satisfy our requests, we were 8 and for appetizer (missing photo) we wanted to share 4 appetizers in 6 and they served us 6 dishes with the appetizers already divided. 2 of them wanted to share a rice and they were willing to divide it into 2 plates. Obviously the main dish is the "Florentine" style steak, tanton to understand, refined and really high quality meat with adequate prices, do not exaggerate because the size is important, with a shared appetizer and a slice of meat you will already be satisfied. Finally, the desserts were refined, particular and really good. A good cellar also for what concerns the post dinner. 100% satisfied
