Il grado di civiltà si valuta dall'attenzione che riserviamo ai più deboli. Covid vaccinations February March 2021: no shift management at the entrance, no chair or bench for grandparents forced to wait for the call at the hospital gate for at least two hours; no respect of the reservation, the shift is written on a sheet according to the arrival. The degree of civilization is assessed by the attention we reserve for the weakest.

Epifanio, e sento l'esigenza di segnalare la grande disponibilità e professionalità di tutto lo staff: infermieri, medici, Oss e tirocinanti. Professionalità, umanità e sensibilità saranno il ricordo che con le dimissioni porterò a casa, complimenti! ?? Inoltre, vorrei aggiungere una nota positiva anche per la dr.ssa del PS che ha seguito il mio ingresso e della quale, purtroppo, non conosco il nome. SOMETHING IS CHANGED In these days I was admitted to the GENERAL SURGERY department, currently followed by dr. Epifanio, and I feel the need to report the great availability and professionalism of all the staff: nurses, doctors, Oss and trainees. Professionalism, humanity and sensitivity will be the memories that I will take home with my resignation, congratulations! ?? Furthermore, I would like to add a positive note also for the dr.ssa del PS who followed my entry and whose name, unfortunately, I do not know.

За это время нас осмотрели педиатр и терапевт, назначили нам лечение, а ребенку даже выдали с собой обезбаливающее средство. Оба врача, а также охранник и доктор (или администратор) в приемной проявили к нам внимание и заботу - мы были очень приятно удивлены. Кроме того консультации нам предоставили совершенно бесплатно. We, being tourists, turned to this hospital for help for an adult and a child up to 2 years old. We spent about two hours in the hospital. During this time, we were examined by a pediatrician and the therapist, prescribed treatment for us, and even gave the child a pain reliever. Both doctors, as well as the guard and the doctor (or administrator) at the reception desk showed us attention and care - we were very pleasantly surprised. In addition, we provided advice free of charge.

Come si fa ad abbandonare in una barella per circa 6 ore una persona di 90 anni, che probabilmente ha un femore rotto, senza chiederle se ha bisogno di qualcosa (acqua, andare in bagno, un medicinale etc etc...)? VERGOGNOSI! The worst emergency room in Sicily, probably in Italy. Inadequate staff who deserve to be fired on the spot. How do you leave a 90-year-old person, who probably has a broken femur, on a stretcher for about 6 hours, without asking him if he needs anything (water, going to the bathroom, medicine, etc ...)? SHAME!

Piena fiducia nella professionalità dimostrata dai medici (Petta, Bonomo, Accardo) e il supporto post operatorio durante la degenza. Reparto moderno, attrezzato e ben curato, con infermieri e OSS sempre disponibili. Si sono presi cura di tutti noi con professionalità, umanità e buon umore soprattutto in qs momento in cui i familiari si possono sentire solo al telefono. Siete delle persone meravigliose che con piccoli gesti fate una grande differenza per chi si trova fermo a letto inerme e sofferente. Tutto questo dimostra che se le risorse vengono date e fatte gestire da persone competenti e professionali la sanità pubblica di qualità è realtà anche in Sicilia, anche meglio che in altre regioni. E allora carissimi assessori e politici siciliani, perché non lavorate per completare l'opera e proseguite con la ristrutturazione del PS e degli altri reparti di questo ospedale? Siate parte del cambiamento non i responsabili di opere incompiute e della fuga di ottimi professionisti altrove. Testimonianza di una turista lombarda che ricorderà sempre con affetto tutti voi del reparto ortopedia: Rosalia, Tiziana, Giorgio, Domenico, Giuseppe, Giovanni, Antonio, Cettina, Salvatore e tutti gli altri/e. Orthopedic department of excellence! Full confidence in the professionalism shown by the doctors (Petta, Bonomo, Accardo) and post-operative support during the hospital stay. Modern, well-equipped and well-maintained ward, with nurses and OSS always available. They took care of all of us with professionalism, humanity and good humor, especially in this moment when family members can only be heard on the phone. You are wonderful people who, with small gestures, make a big difference for those who find themselves still in bed helpless and suffering. All this shows that if resources are given and managed by competent and professional people, quality public health is also a reality in Sicily, even better than in other regions. So, dear Sicilian councilors and politicians, why don't you work to complete the work and continue with the restructuring of the PS and the other departments of this hospital? Be part of the change, not the ones responsible for unfinished business and the flight of excellent professionals elsewhere. R	Rossana Restivo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel reparto di pronto soccorso credo ci sia del personale inadatto...anche se mi riferisco soltanto ad una pseudoinfermiera che prima di indossare un camice dovrebbe imparare l'educazione, le buone maniere e il rispetto per le donne in gravidanza...Non ho visto mai sbraitare un operatore sanitario con nessuno....sembrava quasi una venditrice ambulante di pannocchie entrando pure nel merito di fatti privati... .e comunque aldilà di questo...Lamentava il fatto di tenere una mascherina da 20 ore!e' questo un problema dei pazienti?per il tampone mi ha sfondato una narice....con delicatezza pari a zero!ed anche con i suoi colleghi non mi è sembrato avesse un corretto atteggiamento .Peccato se perdete di immagine e professionalità per gente come questa!. .
