★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stiamo parlando dell'unica prenatal di Siena e quindi se hai un bimbo e sei senese ci andrai...ma le commesse, tranne una (che non è la titolare) che lavora bene, sono veramente sgarbate e rovinano l'atmosfera serena che il marchio prenatal prova a costruire. Nello specifico...le commesse sembrano infastidite dal fatto di dover dare consigli, ti parlano alle spalle, c'è una confusione enorme. Meglio se si limitassero a prendere i soldi e metterli in cassa (finché durerà) senza fare commenti pessimi su clienti davanti ad altri clienti e senza far finta di dare assistenza senza voglia, senza professionalità. Entri ed esci e manco salutano che pensano a sparlare. Evitare giorni di punta perchè sarà inutile andare...faranno solo casino...
Unica cosa che forse...a quanto dicono...non è colpa loro...i terminali che si bloccano e non funzionano mai...
We are talking about the only prenatal in Siena and therefore if you have a child and you are from Siena you will go there ... but the orders, except one (who is not the owner) who works well, are really rude and ruin the serene atmosphere that the prenatal brand try to build. Specifically ... the salesmen seem annoyed by the fact of having to give advice, they talk behind you, there is a huge confusion. Better if they just took the money and put it in the cashier (while it lasts) without making bad comments about customers in front of other customers and without pretending to give assistance without desire, without professionalism. Come in and out and not even say hello who think to gossip. Avoid peak days because it will be useless to go ... they will just mess ...
The only thing that maybe ... what they say ... it's not their fault ... the terminals that freeze and never work ...

Entrata più di una volta e ogni volta ho dovuto fare i salti mortali per poter chiedere informazioni alle commesse che spesso erano semplicemente alla cassa a parlare Di fatti loro. Il negozio di per sé è ben fornito Ma la totale assenza di seguimento da parte delle commesse mi spingerà a non entrarci più
Rude staff, completely disinterested in customers except those they met privately. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NON fare acquisti qui. sono andato a prendere un seggiolino per auto. avevo bisogno di un sedile isofix che potesse essere utilizzato fino a 6 anni. mi hanno mostrato i posti e ne ho comprato uno. quando siamo tornati a casa abbiamo scoperto che NON era isofix e solo fino a 4 anni. siamo andati a restituirlo e cambiarlo con quello corretto e si sono rifiutati di prenderlo perché non avevamo la ricevuta originale anche se abbiamo mostrato loro la nostra carta di credito dichiarazione con l'accusa che ancora non lo avrebbero ripreso ed è stato un loro errore nel venderci quello sbagliato e non stavamo chiedendo un refund, solo uno scambio in cui avremmo effettivamente speso PIÙ soldi. Un servizio clienti così disgustoso. abbiamo parlato con il manager che era la persona più scortese con cui abbia mai avuto a che fare. È mia opinione che dovrebbe essere licenziata
DO NOT shop here. I went to get a car seat. I needed an isofix seat that could be used for up to 6 years. they showed me the seats and I bought one. when we got home we found it was NOT isofix and only up to 4 years old. we went to return it and exchange it for the correct one and they refused to take it because we didn't have the original receipt even though we showed them our credit card they claim they still wouldn't take it back and it was their mistake in selling us the wrong one and we weren't asking for a refund, just an exchange where we would actually spend MORE money. Such disgusting customer service. we spoke to the manager who was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. It is my opinion that she should be fired
