 just bought several small things for a gift for newborn. very good prices cleanliness wide selection but above all the courtesy with which they accompany you in choosing a product or gift. really satisfied. I will definitely come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto sono cliente da quando è nata mia figlia ho la tessera vip ,ma ho fatto le errore di ordinare il dispositivo antiabbandono da loro ...l oggetto in questione è in ritardo(arrivo previsto per il 22 ad oggi ancora nulla) e se vai al negozio e provi a chiedere informazioni ti rispondono sgarbatamente così : Ti abbiamo telefonato?. Credo che sia un mio diritto sapere quando arriverà a questo punto ...a sapere che era così non l avrei mai prenotato da loro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza incresciosa questa mattina. Ho comprato diverse cose nella giornata di ieri, ma le taglie erano completamente sballate. Oggi sono tornata e con fare presuntuoso mi sono sentita quasi "sgridata" perché avevo la necessità di fare dei cambi. Se si lavora in un negozio per bambini il cambio rientra nella normalità e pensare che proprio ieri ho rinnovato la Vip card...non credo che la utilizzerò dopo oggi.

If you work in a children's shop the change is normal and to think that just yesterday I renewed the Vip card ... I don't think I will use it after today.

Sono persone gentili, competenti e soprattutto dalla parte del cliente. Ti sanno consigliare e indirizzare verso il giusto prodotto, nel mio caso specifico mi hanno aiutato con un prodotto difettoso di una nota marca ( non metto il nome per non screditare nessuno). In buona sostanza se siete in attesa di un bebè loro sono le persone giuste. Ciao a tutti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente non ho parole. Cliente da anni , qualche giorno fa vedo offerta con tanto di cartello enorme fuori dal negozio : spendi e riprendi. Entro e i commessi mi spiegano la cosa "spendi e ti diamo i buoni. Ogni 30 euro ne puoi spendere 10". Ok io chiedo "vale su tutto ?" "Assolutamente si". Così ingolosito spendo la bellezza di 200 euro. Prendo 200 euro di buoni. Torno dopo qualche giorno , vado per spendere i buoni : "eh ma mica è per tutto , non hai letto dietro ? Non vale per pappa pannolini e vestiti. ' PRATICAMENTE IL 90% DEL NEGOZIO !! CHE CAROGNE MAI PIÙ.

Veramente complimenti perché per chi è al primo figlio avere un aiuto da personale esperto e sincero nelle scelte è rassicurante. Complimenti a tutto lo staff.
