Entri nello store e sei completamente abbandonato a te stesso, loro non sanno aiutarti in nulla. E se lo fanno, ti fanno acquistare cose sbagliate. non salutano, non sorridono.
Non si tratta così la clientela.
NON TORNERÒ PIÙ!
 Slow, incompetent, ill-informed, rude, unavailable orders.
You enter the store and you are completely abandoned to yourself, they do not know how to help you in anything. And if they do, they make you buy the wrong things. they don't say hello, they don't smile.
This is not the case with customers.
I WILL NOT COME BACK AGAIN!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è abbastanza grande e fornito, ma il servizio in genere è carente. A parte una volta, ho sempre trovato commesse poco disponibili e leggermente scostanti. I tempi di attesa in cassa sono spesso lunghi anche con pochi clienti. Prezzi discreti con la VIP card, ma non così irrinunciabili. Il parcheggio non è facile da trovare.
The shop is large enough and provided, but the service is generally lacking. Except once, I have always found orders that are unavailable and slightly off-putting. Waiting times at checkout are often long even with few customers. Fair prices with the VIP card, but not so essential. Parking is not easy to find.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono arrivato verso l'ora di chiusura a comprare 2 seggiolini da auto. Ne erano rimasti solo 2 d'esposizione senza nemmeno l'imballo quindi ho chiesto uno sconto come di solito si fa x le vendite d'esposizione. A quel punto la commessa è stata molto sgarbata nel rispondermi di no! Veramente al limite dell'educazione! Sconsiglio vivamente questo punto vendita oltre tutto hanno anche rifiutato il pagamento con carta! Lascio una sola stella perché è il minimo per scrivere la recensione se no nemmeno quella!!
I arrived around closing time to buy 2 car seats. There were only 2 exhibits left without even the packaging so I asked for a discount as is usually done for show sales. At that point the saleswoman was very rude in answering me no! Truly on the verge of education! I strongly advise against this store over all they also refused the card payment! I leave only one star because it is the minimum to write the review if not even that !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questo negozio mi sono trovata molto bene. È lontano da casa mia ma al primo acquisto ho trovato il personale molto gentile e cordiale. Mi hanno aiutato nella scelta dei capi senza obbligarmi, le commesse sono precise e disponibili. Il negozio è ben strutturato e fornito di tanti capi di abbigliamento. Ci tornerò sicuramente per i miei prossimi acquisti.
I found myself very well in this shop. It is far from my home but on the first purchase I found the staff to be very nice and friendly. They helped me in choosing the garments without forcing me, the orders are precise and available. The shop is well structured and stocked with lots of clothing. I will definitely be back for my next purchases.

Commesse sgarbate? sarebbe far loro un complimento! Hanno risposto al nostro “buonasera” come se fosse uno sforzo sovraumano. Mi sono rivolta ad una di loro per chiedere una info mentre mi passava accanto, non si è nemmeno girata a guardarmi, ha solo alzato l’indice facendo segno di “no”. Se anche avessi avuto intenzione di acquistare qualcosa, mi è passata la voglia perfino di salutare quando, dopo 5 minuti, sono uscita dal negozio. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO.
BAD experience!
Rude salesmen? it would be to pay them a compliment! They responded to our "good evening" as if it were a superhuman effort. I turned to one of them to ask for info as she passed me, she didn't even turn to look at me, she just raised her forefinger, waving "no". Even if I had intended to buy something, I even stopped wanting to say hello when, after 5 minutes, I left the shop. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Abbiamo comprato 19 euro di spesa dando 50 euro in contatti (ci sono testimoni), ci hanno dato 2 euro di resto, dicendo più e più volte in una maniera per lo più molto sgarbata con toni alti, che noi gli abbiamo dato in verità solo 20€ in contatti perché sullo scontrino hanno scritto che avevano accettato in verità 20 €… in tutto ciò cercavamo di capire se l’errore è stato nostro e giustamente abbiamo chiesto di controllare le telecamere per vedere se ci fosse stato un malinteso però dichiarano che le telecamere (2 vicino alla cassa) non funzionano, e che i conti sulla cassa tornino corrette, però senza calcolando i così detti 150€ Di “fondo mancia” che stanno in cassa dichiarando che ci fossero sempre stati… L’errore umano è pure accettabile e non volevamo assolutamente essere irrispettosi, ma hanno negato pienamente che si fossero sbagliati, il che capisco pure, ma se io e la mia collega entrambi abbiamo chiaramente visto i 50 € sani e lei giura di no, c’è qualcosa che non va, alla fine siamo state costrette ad andarcene non ricevendo nessun aiuto da parte del personale prendendo 2 € di resto.. (tutto ciò davanti alla cassa, non siamo usciti avendo realizzato subito la mancanza di resto)

We bought 19 euros of spending by giving 50 euros in contacts (there are witnesses), they gave us 2 euros in change, saying over and over again in a mostly very rude way with high tones, that we actually gave them only € 20 in contacts because on the receipt they wrote that they had actually accepted € 20 ... in all this we were trying to understand if the mistake was ours and rightly we asked to check the cameras to see if there had been a misunderstanding but they declare that the cameras (2 near the cashier) do not work, and that the accounts on the cashier are correct, but without calculating the so-called € 150 of "tip" that are in the cashier declaring that there had always been ... Human error is also acceptable and we absolutely did not want to be disrespectful, but they fully denied that they were wrong, which I also understand, but if my colleague and I both clearly saw the € 50 healthy and she swears no, there is something wrong, on f ine we were forced to leave, not receiving any help from the staff taking € 2 change .. (all this in front of the cash desk, we did not go out having immediately realized the lack of change)

La loro carta dal costo di 30 euro che permette di avere numerosi vantaggi quali sconti anche tutto l anno e sconti maggiorati durante i saldi.. La stessa ha una durata di 1 anno.
