★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi appresto spesso a venire alla prenatal per convenienza e varietà di prodotti, da quando è andata a fuoco la prenatal sotto casa di antonini, siamo costretti ad andare a quella di via Lorenteggio.
Negozio fornito ma il personale lascia a desiderare, soprattutto la cassiera con gli occhiali e capelli corti. Per chiedere un info su un prezzo mi ha risposto male. Giunti in cassa per pagare e ho speso 110€ ha risposto in maniera sgarbata a me e mia madre che era con me.
Nessuna attenzione e gentilezza verso il cliente che spende tra l’altro.
La cassiera sarebbe da licenziare per il modo in cui tratta la gente.
Purtroppo a malincuore, perché con questa azienda mi trovo bene, non comprerò e non verrò più in questo negozio!

Store stocked but staff leaves something to be desired, especially the cashier with glasses and short hair. To ask for an info on a price he answered me wrong. Arriving at the cashier to pay and I spent € 110, he replied rudely to me and my mother who was with me.
No attention and kindness towards the customer who spends among other things.
The cashier would be fired for the way she treats people.
Unfortunately reluctantly, because I feel good with this company, I will not buy and I will never come to this shop again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata mesi fa, ho acquistato un girello da 109 euro Alle ore 16:00 di giovedì pomeriggio, ovviamente mi ero assicurata che si potesse fare un cambio, ero in dubbio sulle dimensioni e che non potesse passare dalle porte perché molto grande.
Torno a casa, lo montiamo lo proviamo e ovviamente in alcune porte si bloccava .
L’abbiamo imballato conservando tutto e riportato indietro il giorno dopo (venerdì ore 16:00)
Purtroppo non c erano altri girelli, ma la cassiera gentilissima mi ha fatto una card.
Mentre stavamo andando via è arrivata la responsabile bionda di una certa età con occhiali da vista scortese e poco carina nei toni.
Decide di controllare la lascio controllare e mi accusa che il girello era stato usato perché aveva la ruota sporca( dico la ruota perché dall imballaggio ne vedeva soltanto una, il resto era ancora tutto coperto.)
Comprato il giorno prima e usato per farglielo provare…
Poi però loro ti vendono gli articoli esposti sporchi e graffiati.
Alla fine dopo settimane ho comprato un passeggino leggero online e così
Ho utilizzato la card!
Consiglio alla cassiera così gentile di scappare da lì!

È pieno di negozi per bimbi, al massimo comprerò online piuttosto che rincontrare quella signora così gentile.
I was months ago, I bought a 109 euro walker. At 16:00 on Thursday afternoon, obviously I had made sure that it could be changed, I was in doubt about the size and that it could not pass through the doors because it was very big.
I come home, we assemble it, we try it and obviously it got stuck in some doors.
We packed it, keeping everything and brought it back the next day (Friday 16:00)
Unfortunately there were no other walkers, but the very kind cashier made me a card.
As we were leaving, the senior blonde manager came in with rude and not very pretty in shades eyeglasses.
He decides to check it, I let it be checked and accuses me that the walker had been used because it had a dirty wheel (I mean the wheel because he could only see one from the packaging, the rest was still covered.)
Bought the day before and used to make him try it ...
But then they sell you the dirty and scratched items on display.
Finally after weeks I bought a lightweight stroller online and such
I used the card!
I advise the kind cashier to run away from there!

It is full of shops for children, at most I will buy online rather than meet that nice lady again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complimentissimi, sono andato con carta vip intestata a mia cognata, mica un estraneo o trovata in terra, poteva essere anche mia moglie (in travaglio o appena tornata a casa dopo 20 punti sulla passerina con determinate necessità) e mi hanno chiesto i documenti manco fossi in commissariato (mai successo e sempre comprato con stessa tessera) Non essendo il proprietario della carta non potevo usufruire degli sconti, risultato? Ho piantato li 50euro di merce, e peccato che ero anche in cerca di un trio nuovo. Bella l'idea di pelare a persona 30euro per avere sconti, secondo loro dovremmo farla per ogni persona e componente della famiglia. sicuramente non vedranno mai piu un euro dal sottoscritro, anche perché sul sito con la stessa tessera permettono l'acquisto. Non si fidelizza cosi un cliente.
