★ ★ ★ ★ ★ metto una stella perché non posso andare in negativo. ho acquistato una batteria il 22/09 pagandola quasi 100€ per il mio scooter, mi hanno dato la batteria sbagliata. l'ho riportata e fatto cambio. mi hanno detto che il prezzo era lo stesso (su amazon 40€ va bene pagare un "servizio" per modo di dire, ma il doppio mi sembra veramente troppo), la batteria doveva essere pronta all'uso, invece era scarica e non aveva le viti di fissaggio. (chiaramente era già stata restituita-sulla confezione c'era un adesivo con data 2/9/21). comunque l'ho caricata e montata. lo scooter mi ha lasciato di nuovo a piedi e per vari motivi la batteria in garanzia non mi serve più. ho provata a restituirla ma niente da fare (garanzia? mah) MAI PIU'
I put a star because I can't go negative. I bought a battery on 09/22 paying almost 100 € for my scooter, they gave me the wrong battery. I brought it back and exchanged it. they told me that the price was the same (on amazon 40 € it's okay to pay a "service" so to speak, but double it seems to me really too much), the battery had to be ready for use, instead it was flat and it didn't have the fixing screws. (clearly it had already been returned - on the box there was a sticker dated 2/9/21). anyway I loaded and mounted it. the scooter left me on foot again and for various reasons I no longer need the battery under warranty. I tried to return it but nothing to do (guarantee? mah) NEVER AGAIN
