★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un'azienda che non guarda al cliente e alle sue esigenze. Con molta amarezza mi trovo a definirla distratta nel migliore dei casi, in mala fede nel peggiore. Un'azienda poco moderna che quando fa un errore non mette il cliente nella posizione di essere tutelato ma si fa sorda e ostacola la risoluzione spesso semplice, del problema. Mai mi è capitato di trovare tanto vecchiume comunicativo e tanta disattenzione (basti guardare il turnover dei suoi impiegati: elevatissimo). Spero di diventare a breve una ex assicurata, dopo 20 e rotti anni... E dire che sarebbe bastato così poco: professionalità. Caratteristica che a Alleanza manca, per lasciarsi scappare i clienti fidelizzati ce ne vuole. Loro ci sono riusciti.
A company that does not look at the customer and his needs. Much bitterly I find myself calling it distracted at best, in bad faith at worst. A rather modern company that when it makes a mistake does not put the customer in the position of being protected, but becomes deaf and hinders the often simple resolution of the problem. I never found so much old communication and so much carelessness (just look at the turnover of its employees: very high). I hope to be a former insured shortly after 20 years and ... And to say that it would have been so little: professionalism. A feature that is missing at Alleanza, to let the loyal customers leave us. They succeeded.
