Io e la mia compagna abbiamo fatto una lista nascita in questo negozio fissando un appuntamento per essere meglio seguiti nella scelta degli articoli. La commessa è arrivata (non so per quale motivo) in ritardo all appuntamento.
Ci aveva promesso che ogni volta che un amico o parente ci avesse regalato qualcosa saremmo stati informati tramite mail. Non è mai accaduto, abbiamo segnalato più volte questo spiacevole disguido ma ci hanno sempre detto che ci avrebbero richiamati. Mai successo.
La maggior parte degli articoli non sono mai presenti in negozio e vanno prenotati (stiamo aspettando un lettino da oltre un mese).
Il personale in questo punto vendita non è in grado di dare risposte agli utenti.
 I don't know where to start ...
My partner and I made a birth list in this shop, making an appointment to be better followed in the choice of items. The saleswoman arrived (I don't know why) late for the appointment.
He promised us that every time a friend or relative gave us something we would be informed by email. It never happened, we reported this unpleasant mix up several times but they always said they would call us back. Never happened.
Most of the items are never in store and must be reserved (we have been waiting for a cot for over a month).
The staff in this store is unable to give answers to users.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarebbe anche un bel negozio ma le commesse sono una più scortese dell'altra. Forse non dipenderà neppure tutto da loro, lavorare in un negozio così grande e pieno di clienti e magari aver da fare mille cose non aiuta però non trovo mai un briciolo di disponibilità da parte loro, sembra siano infastidite dalle domande e dalle richieste di consigli. In pratica devi fare tutto da solo, non va bene lavorare così al pubblico.
It would also be a nice shop but the salespeople are more rude than the other. Maybe not even everything will depend on them, working in a store so large and full of customers and maybe having a thousand things to do does not help but I never find a shred of availability on their part, they seem to be bothered by questions and requests for advice. Basically you have to do everything yourself, it's not okay to work like that for the public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ credevo che fosse molto meglio, soprattutto è molto scomodo e poco chiaro come poter fare un regalo da una lista di nascita. sembra che loro siano rimasti indietro di 30 anni, non è possibile pagare dal sito, dobbiamo recarci in negozio.... peccato che abito in un altra regione !!!!
Telefoni, e ti dicono : mi richiami ho la fila alla cassa, richiami dopo 2 ore e sbuffando di dicono di leggere sul sito, perchè non lo gestiscono loro e quindi non sono tenute a sapere come funziona.
VERAMENTE SCADENTI e DELUDENTI
I thought it was much better, especially it is very inconvenient and unclear how to make a gift from a birth list. it seems that they are left behind for 30 years, it is not possible to pay from the site, we have to go to the shop .... too bad I live in another region !!!!
Phones, and they tell you: call me back I have the checkout line, call back after 2 hours and puffing about saying they read on the site, because they don't manage it and therefore they are not required to know how it works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Secondo me chi mette una stella e basta dovrebbe chiedersi se magari sono loro il problema e come si pongono con chi lavora in negozio. Io ho trovato cordialità, assistenza e simpatia. Brava la ragazza dai capelli rossini.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commesse indisponenti e con poca voglia di assistere il cliente. Ho chiesto un'informazione a due commesse che sbuffando mi hanno indicato con dito la strada che dovessi fare, poco dopo ho chiesto ad un'altra commessa ( dato che non volevo disturbare il lavoro della precedente) come funzionasse la carta fedeltà, mi hanno fatto compilare un modulo rimbalzandomi fino a alla terza commessa che sostiene " comunque signora lo avrebbe potuto richiedere direttamente alla cassa", compilo il modulo evitando l'indisponenza, arrivo alla cassa e la commessa (l'unica dipendente carina con la quale è stato possibile instaurare una conversazione) mi ha fatto il conto includendomi 30 € della carta che NESSUNO mi aveva specificato di pagare, nonostante la mia richiesta di informazioni.
Ovviamente carinamente la cassiera mi ha spiegato ( come doveva esser fatto fin dall'inizio il tutto, annullandomi la tessera).
Si scusano sempre le persone che lavorano bene, quelle che lavorano con menefreghismo poche volte si scusano per la perdita dei clienti.

I asked for information from two salespersons who, puffing, indicated with their finger the path I should take, shortly after I asked another saleswoman (since I didn't want to disturb the work of the previous one) how the loyalty card worked, they made me fill in a form bouncing me up to the third order that claims "anyway lady could have requested it directly at the cashier", fill out the form avoiding indisposition, arrive at the cashier and the saleswoman (the only nice employee with whom it was possible to establish a conversation) made me the bill including 30 € of the card that NO ONE had told me to pay, despite my request for information.
Obviously the cashier explained to me nicely (how everything had to be done from the beginning, canceling my card).
People who work well always apologize, those who work with indifference rarely apologize for the loss of customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto deludente purtroppo, il cliente non viene seguito a dovere e quando chiami al telefono ti rispondono dicendoti che c'è la fila alla cassa e ti richiamano loro più tardi ( sto ancora aspettando la chiamata..... visto che ho ordinato un sacco di roba e vorrei sapere se è arrivata )

Very disappointing unfortunately, the customer is not followed properly and when you call the phone they answer you telling you that there is a queue at the cashier and call you back later (I'm still waiting for the call ..... since I ordered a lot of stuff and I would like to know if it has arrived)

Unfriendly and grumpy staff with customers not advisable for those who have to put the birth list. It seems that instead of buying, you go stealing. NOT RECOMMENDED
