Ho scelto le bomboniere del matrimonio ancora a Gennaio 2020 tramite videochiamata su whatsapp (sono di Padova) con la scelta della confezione e dei nastri. Poi purtroppo ho dovuto rimandare il matrimonio causa COVID a Settembre 2021. Sono stati gentilissimi, non hanno fatto alcun tipo di problema né per tenere le bomboniere in negozio (ovviamente non confezionate però già ordinate) né per i pagamenti! Nel frattempo visto che era passato molto tempo abbiamo fatto atre videochiamate per accordarci e rivedere la bomboniera e la confezione, in modo da rasserenarmi su tutto. Quando è arrivato il momento della spedizione mi hanno inviato i codici tracking e hanno tenuto monitorato il tutto. Il destino ha voluto che purtroppo, nonostante l’imballaggio fosse accurato, alcune confezioni (quindi non la bomboniera interna ma solo esternamente) siano arrivate danneggiate a meno di una settimana dal matrimonio. E qui viene il bello!!! Nel giro di due giorni hanno mandato il ritiro da me per i pezzi danneggiati, le hanno sostituite e me le hanno rispedite in tempo!!! Perfette e tutto a carico loro!!! Quindi non posso che essere più che felice e soddisfatta della bellezza della bomboniera (molto delicato e raffinata come d’altronde tutto ciò che vendono), ma soprattutto per come si sono comportati e adoperati per risolvere il problema!!!! Grazie!!! Inutile dire che li consiglierò a tutte le mie amiche quando sarà il loro momento e in futuro mi affiderò di nuovo a loro per altre occorrenze o oggetti per la casa!!! Grazie mille ancora!!!! The TOP !!! I chose the wedding favors again in January 2020 via video call on whatsapp (I'm from Padua) with the choice of packaging and ribbons. Then unfortunately I had to postpone the marriage due to COVID until September 2021. They were very kind, they did not have any kind of problem either to keep the favors in the shop (obviously not packaged but already ordered) or for payments! In the meantime, since it had been a long time, we made other video calls to agree and review the favor and the packaging, in order to reassure myself about everything. When it was time to ship, they sent me the tracking codes and monitored everything. Destiny would have it that unfortunately, although the packaging was accurate, some packages (therefore not the internal favor but only externally) arrived damaged less than a week after the wedding. And here comes the best part !!! Within two days they sent the pickup from me for the damaged parts, replaced them and sent them back to me in time !!! Perfect and all at their expense !!! So I can only be more than happy and satisfied with the beauty of the wedding favor (very delicate and refined as indeed everything they sell), but above all for how they behaved and did their best to solve the problem !!!! Thanks!!! It goes without saying that I will recommend them to all my friends when their time comes and in the future I will rely on them again for other occurrences or items for the home !!! Posso esprimere un giudizio sul comparto bomboniere, tante cose la maggior parte di pessimo gusto, care e Made in china. Se non si è attenti oltre al danno….. A well-stocked shop, for my little personal experience, polite but willing to do anything to sell, and you have to really have your eyes super open. I can express an opinion on the favors sector, many things most of bad taste, expensive and Made in china. If you are not careful in addition to the damage ... ..

Pulizia...ordine...professionalità... eleganza...gentilezza del personale e davvero ma davvero tutti bravi. Io è dalla mia promessa di matrimonio...al matrimonio...nascita di mio figlio...battesimo ed ora primo compleanno che vengo e verrò sempre solo qui. Ti fanno sentire a casa..ascoltano le richieste del cliente e cercano sempre una soluzione adatta al gusto e il portafoglio dei clienti. Lo consiglio davvero. Complimenti!!!
