★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eccezionali, disponibili, premurose, accomodanti, insomma tutto ciò che un cliente può desiderare l'ho trovato in questo negozio. Avevo chiamato per chiedere informazioni ed alla fine ho effettuato un ordine telefonico in questo negozio. La ragazza che mi ha seguito, Simona, mi ha aiutata in tutti i modi possibili per effettuare gli acquisti, addirittura con videochiamate in cui mi faceva vedere i prodotti presenti in negozio, telefonate, mail e tanta tanta pazienza! Insomma una disponibilità mai trovata, sia da parte sua che della collega Alessia. Avevo avuto un problema con un reso per un ordine online di cui ancora non avevo ricevuto rimborso dopo quasi un anno e senza che gli è lo chiedessi hanno contattato da sole il centro clienti e mi hanno fatto avere il rimborso. Insomma veramente grazie per la disponibilità, sono rimasta senza parole, persone così ti fanno venire voglia di acquistare nel loro negozio, mai incontrate commesse così! Grazie ancora ed a presto!!!

I had a problem with a return for an online order that I still hadn't received a refund for after almost a year and without me asking, they contacted the customer center themselves and got me a refund. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata questa settimana nel negozio sotto consiglio di un'amica, devo dire che ho trovato un negozio molto ben assortito, e delle commesse davvero gentili, che hanno saputo rispondere a tutte le mie domande e soddisfare le mie esigenze, cercavamo un passeggino da diverse settimane senza ottenere risultati, ci hanno aiutato in tutto e per tutto e siamo riusciti grazie alla loro professionalità a capire quale fosse il più adatto alle nostre esigenze!!! Bravi davvero, sicuramente avrete una cliente in più!!!
